The Community Well-Being Director leads the Community Well-Being (CWB) Team and reports to the Executive Director. The CWB Team advocates for the well-being of the resident and staff community; cultivates a sense of belonging for residents and staff through creating opportunities for connection; and promotes the values of Mount Madonna including: to work honestly, meet people without fear, meditate everyday, and play.
The Guest Services Director ensures that guests have a seamless experience: from pre-arrival communications to on-site logistics and post-departure follow-up. This highly visible position has various responsibilities, from managing and guiding office staff to liaising with all program hosts who bring their groups to Mount Madonna. The Guest Services Director also works closely with program coordinators responsible for planning and executing Mount Madonna sponsored programs, and collaborates with both the marketing and business development teams.
Engage collaboratively in a learning community dedicated to serving as both a container and catalyst for health, personal growth, and transformation toward the attainment of peace. You will be responsible for completing tasks that support the organization’s overall marketing initiatives, including researching and reporting on market trends, creating marketing content specifically for social media, managing social media platforms, and work closely with Mount Madonna teams to support respective communications projects.
Opportunity for a skilled certified massage therapist to join our wellness center, a division of Mount Madonna. We welcome local practitioners, (applications form those in Aptos, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Gilroy, Morgan Hill, and the surrounding areas are preferred).
The Operations Manager will serve in a leadership role for all of the Mount Madonna Center’s direct operations. The Operations team is a dynamic, foundational part of the Center, and the Operations Manager serves as both a practical, as well as an inspirational, leader for Center’s staff. This position has great potential for growth within the Center.

Decades of volunteerism laid the foundation for Mount Madonna, and an embodied practice of karma yoga, or “the yoga of action,” remains the ethos for all service on the campus. Service as a volunteer is usually in the areas of kitchen, dining room, dish room, gate, events & hospitality, and landscaping. There is a three-month commitment for this opportunity.
