Join the Mount Madonna community for weekly yoga offerings that include asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and philosophy classes, offered at no cost to you. Find balance and positive, creative ways to be connected through the practice and study of Yoga. It is our hope that you will find that the teachings and practices offer a powerful anchor of support and strength for day to day life.
