As the Guest Services Director, you’ll be the driving force behind creating seamless and welcoming experiences for every guest — from pre-arrival communications to on-site logistics and post-departure follow-up. You’ll lead and support the office staff while serving as the primary liaison for program hosts who bring their transformative work to Mount Madonna.
Mount Madonna Center is experiencing dynamic growth and this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the Guest Services department. Your leadership will help cultivate an environment where guests feel a deep sense of belonging and leave with lasting, meaningful experiences.
This position supports the organization’s mission by maintaining reliable computer systems, network connectivity, and communication tools that enable seamless operations. By proactively addressing technical challenges and safeguarding digital assets, this role helps protect business continuity, optimize user experience, and minimize disruptions caused by cyber threats, system failures, or network outages.

Decades of volunteerism laid the foundation for Mount Madonna, and an embodied practice of karma yoga, or “the yoga of action,” remains the ethos for all service on the campus. Service as a volunteer is usually in the areas of kitchen, dining room, dish room, gate, events & hospitality, and landscaping. There is a three-month commitment for this opportunity.
