Be a part of an immersive experience to dive deeply into practice, fully supported by longtime Mount Madonna teachers, at this signature annual winter small group retreat.

To support the mind in turning inward, follow a simple diet, observe silence, and practice in a secluded space with only your fellow participants. A number of hours each day will be devoted to sadhana (spiritual practice) created specifically for this meditation retreat by Baba Hari Dass. The sadhana includes meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), and asana (postures). Devotional rituals, chanting, and spiritual stories also form a part of this special experience.
