The goal of Ayurvedic treatments is to bring balance between the body, mind, spirit, and environment by eliminating impurities, reducing symptoms, increasing resistance to disease, reducing worry, and increasing harmony in life.
Rooted in the ancient healing tradition of Ayurveda, abhyanga is a deeply restorative treatment that uses warm oils to calm the nervous system and balance the body’s vital energies, known as doshas. Gentle, rhythmic strokes along the long bones and circular motions over the joints stimulate circulation, aid lymphatic flow, and support the body’s natural detoxification process. This massage is ideal for anyone seeking a grounding experience that promotes relaxation, improved vitality, and internal balance.

Tara offers bodywork as a way of listening. Her sessions are an invitation to slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect. She completed massage training at the National Holistic Institute and yoga teacher training at Mount Madonna Center, blending technical skill with deep presence. Her work weaves Swedish massage, slow deep tissue, point work, breath awareness, and subtle listening to the body.
Tara is drawn to what clears confusion and brings her closer to what’s real—meditation, Buddhist sutras, plant medicine, the wild intelligence of nature, movement, and wonder-filled conversations with her son. Life with a three-year-old and a bright, mischief-making partner keeps her rooted in play. She brings that same joy and reverence to the healing space she holds.
