Welcome and thank you for your interest in learning more about the structure, function, and motion of yoga postures! You will be joining the Advanced Yoga Studies (YTT 300) students in their first weekend of the program.
Please fill out the form below to receive an application to enroll in the Biomechanics of Asana. You will then receive an email with instructions to begin the application process (using Populi, our web-based college management software). Upon acceptance of your application, tuition will be due. During the application process, an admissions counselor will be available to guide you and answer any questions you may have.
Admission Prerequisite: High school graduation or equivalent. This workshop is designed for people who have completed YTT 200 or are long-term practitioners with an interest in anatomy and kinesiology.
