Yummy Yoga Thursdays
Thursdays 11:30am – 1:00pm in the Redwood Room
Take a moment to reset your Thursday with some slow flow movement. Yummy Yoga begins with breathwork and guided meditation to ground students. Sitting, kneeling, and standing postures are woven together with an emphasis on keeping the mind anchored to the breath. Come find stillness, stretch into and beyond your boundaries, and relax into presence.
Please note: This class occurs during a scheduled mealtime. Registered guests may arrange to reserve a lunch through Guest Services, if desired.
Class Etiquette
- Please arrive on time.
- If class is already in session, please wait for the teacher’s okay and then enter quietly.
- All props and mats are provided.
- Please do not bring beverages of any kind onto the practice floor.
- Please sign a Liability Waiver prior to class.
- Yoga classes are appropriate for ages 13 years and older. Please plan for a separate activity for children under age 13.

Michael GuglielmoMichael began his Yoga journey as a way to find more inner peace and a healthier body. It has become a means for connecting himself and his students to their joy through mental, emotional and physical challenges. He has shared his practice over the past 2 years after becoming an RYT at Saraswati’s Yoga Joint in Norwalk, CT.
