Yoga Asana Class
Saturdays 3:30-4:45pm, the Redwood Room
This class welcomes all levels of yoga experience and includes an Introduction to classical Ashtanga (eight-limbed) Yoga at Mount Madonna, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and asana (postures). Each class focus may vary and is led by various teachers trained in classical Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Baba Hari Dass, or by teachers trained in other traditions.
Class Etiquette
- Please arrive on time.
- If class is already in session, please wait for the teacher’s okay and then enter quietly.
- All props and mats are provided.
- Please do not bring beverages of any kind onto the practice floor.
- Please sign a Liability Waiver prior to class.

About the Instructors
This program is taught by Mount Madonna Institute Ayurveda & Yoga Faculty, many of whom were senior students of Baba Hari Dass, having studied their subject matter for many years.
