Sunday Sadhana
Sundays 11:00am – 12:30pm in the Redwood Room
Cultivate and refine your mind, body, and soul through various practices, such as asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), concentration and meditation.
Class Etiquette
- Please arrive on time.
- If class is already in session, please wait for the teacher’s okay and then enter quietly.
- All props and mats are provided.
- Please do not bring beverages of any kind onto the practice floor.
- Please sign a Liability Waiver prior to class.

Michael began his Yoga journey as a way to find more inner peace and a healthier body. It has become a means for connecting himself and his students to their joy through mental, emotional and physical challenges. He has shared his practice over the past 2 years after becoming an RYT at Saraswati’s Yoga Joint in Norwalk, CT.
