Intermediate Pranayama & Meditation
Wednesdays 6:30-7:45 a.m. in Babaji’s Kutir, by invitation only.
Learn and practice intermediate methods of pranayama that include kumbhak or breath retention, followed by longer meditation sessions.
Familiarity and regular practice of the 4 purifications and the bandhas is required prior to learning these practices.
Meditation is followed by sharing the space for personal asana practice for those who wish. If interested, please contact Soma Goresky soma@mountmadonna.org for more information.
Class Etiquette
- Please arrive on time.
- If class is already in session, please wait for the teacher’s okay and then enter quietly.
- All props and mats are provided.
- Please do not bring beverages of any kind onto the practice floor.
- Please sign a Liability Waiver prior to class.
