This is an all levels, balanced yoga class which includes three of the limbs of yoga: postures, breath practice and a short meditation. Some experience with yoga may be beneficial but is not necessary. Join Kamalesh on Wednesday mornings for a great way to start your day!

Kamalesh teaches Samkhya Philosophy, Ayurveda, Core Asana, Asana Biomechanics, Hatha Yoga and meditation, and the Eight Limbs of Ashtanga Yoga. She serves as Chair, School of Yoga; Program Director, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy; Program Coordinator, Advanced Yoga Studies (YTT 300); and Program Coordinator, Certificate: Ayurvedic Practitioner and MA. She has been leading and teaching Mount Madonna Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2005. She lives in Guatemala and in Watsonville, CA.
