HFS Annual General Meeting

The 2026 Hanuman Fellowship (HFS) Annual General Meeting (AGM) is coming up! Please plan to join us on land or via Zoom on Sunday, November 15, 3:00 – 5:00 p.m PST. This annual meeting of the Fellowship will include the election of members to the Fellowship’s Board of Directors (voting membership is required to participate in the election process, see our Governance page for more information), as well as updates, celebration of progress and accomplishments, plus time to spend together in fellowship.

If you would like to attend Sunday’s AGM in-person, please RSVP by Friday, November 13. If you wish to book overnight accommodations, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to your scheduled arrival.

Satsang Social Hour 2:00 – 3:00PM

Join us before the meeting for Satsang Social Hour from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. in the Community Building. This informal gathering is a chance for off-land community members and Mount Madonna residents to mingle and connect over chai and cookies.

Ways to participate:

• In person at Mount Madonna:
  Those who attend in person are warmly invited to arrive early for Satsang Social Hour and stay for dinner following the meeting. If you wish to stay for dinner, please register by Friday, November 13.

• Online via Zoom:
  Join us from afar via Zoom. No RSVP necessary.
