Feel-Good Yoga

Feel-Good Yoga with Rose is a supportive, all-levels, therapeutic-based class designed to help you decompress, reconnect with your body, and feel better from the inside out. Each session weaves together calming breathwork, gentle joint-mobility movements (think slow, circular motions that “wake up” your joints and improve how your body moves), therapeutic alignment-based yoga, mindful strengthening, and a deeply soothing guided meditation for savasana (corpse pose).

Students leave class feeling calmer, more grounded, less tense, and more connected to themselves. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to improve flexibility, ease stress, build strength gently, support and nourish their joints, increase body awareness, and create a weekly ritual of self-care and inner peace.

Class Etiquette

  • Come and go as it serves you.
  • If class is already in session, please enter quietly.
  • All props and mats are provided.
  • Please do not bring beverages of any kind onto the practice floor.
  • Please sign a Liability Waiver prior to class.
  • Yoga classes are appropriate for ages 13 years and older. Please plan for a separate activity for children under age 13.

    Rose is an RYT-200 with more than two decades of experience teaching yoga in studios, retreats, workshops, and private sessions. Her background in Iyengar, coupled with extensive training in therapeutic and anatomically informed movement, allows her to guide students safely toward greater ease, mobility, and connection.
