Resilience & Vitality in the Fall Season
Saturday, October 26 3:45-5:15pm, the Redwood Room
Daylight and temperature can fluctuate significantly as we shift into fall, and while we may choose different attire, what do we do to adjust our daily routines? By recognizing that changing seasonal patterns affect us – perhaps making us more susceptible to illness, burnout, or fatigue – we can begin to make adjustments to our daily habits and routines to better align with the cycles of nature. In this wellness class with Jen Rand, learn about the predominant Ayurvedic qualities present in the fall season and how to apply basic Ayurvedic principles in order to achieve balance in mind, body, and spirit.
In the yoga class following the presentation, learn practices that can be incorporated to find balance for the autumn season. Leave this incorporated Ayurveda presentation and Yoga class feeling resilient, productive, and more alive!
To participate in this, class, register for a Mountain Experience day visit.
