Finding Balance During the Holiday Hustle

Special Yoga & Ayurveda Talk & Class

2:30 - 3:30 Presentation | 3:45 - 5:15 Yoga class

The holiday season is often filled with hustle, bustle, social engagements, and a full calendar. Increased engagement and movement combined with changing seasonal patterns affect us, making us more susceptible to illness, burnout, or fatigue. However, we can make adjustments to our daily habits and routines to better align with the cycles of nature. In this wellness class with Jen Rand, you will learn about the predominant Ayurvedic qualities present in the winter season and how to apply basic Ayurvedic principles in order to achieve balance in mind and body in order to feel resilient, productive, and full of vitality. Following the presentation there will be a yoga class focused on practices that can be incorporated to find balance in the busy winter season.

In the yoga class following the presentation, learn practices that can be incorporated to find balance in the winter season.

Leave this incorporated Ayurveda presentation and Yoga class feeling resilient, productive, and more alive!
