Join the Kaya Kalpa Wellness Center team in offering restorative bodywork and Ayurvedic therapies to the guests, residents, and staff of Mount Madonna. We’re seeking a certified massage therapist with availability throughout the week, especially Friday – Sunday, to support increased guest flow.

As the Events & Hospitality Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting retreats and programs at Mount Madonna, welcoming groups of 20 – 200 guests throughout the year. From pre-arrival through departure, you will ensure meeting spaces are properly set, clean, and fully resourced with seating, equipment, and supplies. The role includes coordinating on-the-ground logistics, supervising and training volunteer staff, and collaborating with Guest Services, Kitchen, Operations, and Facilities teams to meet the needs of guests and retreat leaders. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
As part of the Guest Services administrative team, you will serve as a warm and welcoming point of contact for guests visiting Mount Madonna for retreats, programs, and workshops. From answering calls, emails, and walk-ins to preparing check-in materials and offering orientation to campus services and layout, you will help ensure every guest feels informed and at ease from arrival through departure. The role includes coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Kitchen, Security, and Kaya Kalpa Wellness Center staff to support guest needs, assisting with appointment scheduling, and collaborating with Reception and Finance as needed. Strong communication skills, proficiency with Google Suite and Canva, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset are essential for this dynamic role.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the Kitchen Manager in ensuring daily kitchen operations run smoothly and meals are prepared and served with care and consistency. The Kitchen Assistant Manager serves as a lead cook for resident and guest meals, help coordinate kitchen flow and production timelines, support staff and volunteers, assist with ordering and inventory, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards. This role centers on maintaining a safe, organized, and uplifting kitchen environment rooted in nourishing food, teamwork, inclusion, and mindfulness.
Mount Madonna is looking for a reliable and flexible team member to float between departments and support the smooth flow of daily operations. In this hands-on role, you will help prepare meals, wash dishes, and assist with housekeeping tasks — all while upholding cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy variety in your day, this role offers a dynamic way to contribute to the heart of our community.
As the Philanthropy Coordinator, you will work closely with the Philanthropy Director to help build the systems, relationships, and processes behind Mount Madonna’s newly launched fundraising program. Your work will include managing the donor database, processing and acknowledging gifts, tracking donor engagement and giving patterns, and generating reports for organizational leadership. You will also assist with donor communications, campaign materials, cultivation events, and prospect research, while collaborating with the Marketing & Communications department to align outreach with Mount Madonna’s story. This role calls for 1 – 3 years of experience in fundraising or nonprofit administration, proven CRM experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine affinity for Mount Madonna’s mission and community.
As the Reception Office Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of Mount Madonna’s Reception Office, which serves as the entry point for all guests, staff, and residents, communicating in person, by phone, and by email. The office responds to a wide range of questions and provides business services including mailing and shipping, faxing, copying, scanning, minor banking transactions, lost and found, and general problem solving. You will schedule and manage office staff, delegate tasks, train team members at varying experience levels, coordinate with departments across the organization, and manage supply ordering, monetary tracking, and office equipment troubleshooting. This role also involves regular participation in manager-level meetings, coordinating Reception Office hours during special events, and communicating the values and intentions of Mount Madonna to the community and public. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, staff management ability, technical comfort with tools like Google Workspace, monday.com, and the ShoreTel phone system, and a self-starter mindset ready to implement and improve systems.
As Temple Darshan Support, you will help ensure a clean, welcoming, and spiritually enriching environment during open darshan times at the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple. Working closely with the Temple Manager(s), you will support the guest experience by managing parking, distributing prasad (blessed offering), maintaining the Temple grounds and sitting areas, and addressing the needs of devotees as they arrive. The role also includes assisting with audio/visual needs for kirtan (devotional singing), arati (ritual of light) livestreaming, ceremonies, and performances, as well as coordinating with staff and volunteers to ensure coverage across all areas. Strong organizational and communication skills, comfort with Google Workspace, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are essential for this hands-on, service-oriented role.
