All Levels Yoga Class Sundays
Sundays, 7:00 – 8:30am, in the Redwood Room
This is a moderately paced, all levels yoga class combining breath, meditation, and poses to balance the physical and subtle body. Expect a short seated portion of class with guided breath and meditation, and a yummy asana (postures) sequence that balances flow and holds, challenge and restoration.
Class Etiquette
- Please arrive on time.
- If class is already in session, please wait for the teacher’s okay and then enter quietly.
- All props and mats are provided.
- Please do not bring beverages of any kind onto the practice floor.
- Please sign a Liability Waiver prior to class.
- Yoga classes are appropriate for ages 13 years and older. Please plan for a separate activity for children under age 13.

About the InstructorsThis program is taught by Mount Madonna Yoga Faculty, many of whom were senior students of Baba Hari Dass, and have studied Classical Ashtanga Yoga (eight-limbed path) for many years.
