Mountain Flow & Sound Bath

Nature, Yoga Asana, & Crystal Singing Bowls

In Yoga philosophy, the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—are the building blocks of the natural world. When these elements come into balance, they create a foundation for well-being in both mind and body.

Join yoga instructor Lori Hansen and sound healer Christina Sommers for a practice that invites awareness of the elements within and around us. We will begin with a guided hike to a quiet spot on the Mount Madonna campus, where we will engage in gentle yoga asana (postures), followed by meditation and a crystal bowl sound bath among the redwoods.

Please note: This program is weather-dependent and may be adjusted accordingly.

The day’s program will also include:

  • A guided tour of the Mount Madonna campus (weather permitting)
  • Lunch & dinner in the shared community dining hall
  • Personal time
  • Option to stay for arati (ritual of light) after dinner at the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple
  • Option to book a wellness treatment at Kaya Kalpa Wellness Center (fees additional, advance reservations recommended)

To participate in this special class, please register for a Mountain Experience day visit or an overnight Personal Retreat.
