Join Jen, RYT 500, MA, Ayurveda, for an engaging wellness talk exploring Ayurvedic daily routines as a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Discover adaptable practices tailored to your unique constitution and current needs, and learn how to incorporate them into your daily life.
Following the talk, Jen will lead a yoga class incorporating Ayurvedic principles, emphasizing seasonal and circadian considerations. Experience the integration of Yoga and Ayurveda through breathwork, movement, and meditation guided by the five elements.
You’ll leave this experience with practical tools, including self-care routines, meditation, yoga practices, and dietary guidance to align your mind, body, and spirit with your environment.
If you’re unsure of your Ayurvedic constitution, one-on-one consultations with Jen will be available during your visit (booked separately at an additional cost, please see link below). During your consultation, you’ll work with Jen to assess your diet, sleep, and daily patterns, as well as a physical assessment. You’ll receive personalized recommendations to restore imbalances and promote healing.
