6th Annual Re-Union Retreat

RETURN TO FELLOWSHIP

Community members with a deep history of relationship with Mount Madonna, or those with a desire to cultivate that connection, are invited to come be a part of thinking and envisioning for the future.

Return to Fellowship at this year’s Re-Union Retreat, where we will do what we do best. Come to recharge your spirit, connect with friends old and new, walk the sacred land, enjoy your favorite offerings, and celebrate the rich teachings and legacy of the life of Babaji. We will share our stories about living our practice — on and off the mountain – and engage in the current work of our Fellowship.

This retreat program includes:

  • Morning and evening arati (ritual of light)
  • Daily community sadhana, including pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and asana (postures)
  • Aparigraha Free Market & Mount Madonna Unplugged Singalong
  • Storytelling, art, kirtan (devotional singing)
  • Work project and play!
  • Annual General Meeting of the Hanuman Fellowship (Saturday 12:00 – 1:30pm)**
  • Hanuman Fellowship Membership & Participation (Saturday 2:00 – 3:30pm)**
  • Hanuman Fellowship Affiliate Leadership Affinity Session
  • Hanuman Fellowship Affiliate Alumni Gathering
  • OMcoming Dance (Saturday 7:15 – 8:45pm)**
  • Sunday Satsang (Sunday 7:30 – 9:00am)**
  • Opportunities for meaningful connections, time in the redwoods, & more!

**The retreat program will, for the most part, only be offered on-land, for in-person attendance; however, sessions marked with a double asterisk will be hybrid, and interested individuals are welcome to join from afar via Zoom (links to be provided).

Re-Union is a community retreat to build and strengthen our Fellowship and is designed for those who have been involved in the Hanuman Fellowship and extended Mount Madonna community (Mount Madonna Center including the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Mount Madonna Institute, Mount Madonna School, Sri Rama Foundation, Sri Rama Publishing, and Salt Spring Centre of Yoga) for a number of years — and those who are seeking to become more deeply involved now and in the years to come.

We look forward to spending time with you!
