Mother Maya
The Power to Heal through Inner Medicine - A Wise Earth Ayurveda Program
August 29-31

Register for this program

In this extraordinary course, Mother Maya unfolds the long-forgotten wisdom of Ayurveda's original inner medicine principles, and your ability to find joy and wholeness through your own inner healing power to nourish and nurture yourself. Central to these practices is knowledge of your cosmic anatomy. We'll explore the in-dwelling spirit (Atman), human mind (buddhi and manas), and the ego (ahamkara) in Vedic Psychology.

Once you gain a realistic insight of your cosmic anatomy, you can develop the personal awareness necessary to gain wisdom and transform all karmas and negative aspects of your life. As a result, you will change your perception of limitations, challenges, and disorders. You will recognize the material reality within and around you for what it is--Maya--that which has its source in Isvara, the immutable reality that is Self. As you will see, in order to achieve absolute health and well-being, you must first gain the necessary knowledge to recognize yourself as a Cosmic Being rather than a Crisis Being.

In this course, Mother Maya guides you through specific Wise Earth Ayurveda sadhana practices such as Manas Tapasya and Japa Meditation so as to develop your personal awareness and harvest your ability to transcend mental perception-based realities. These practices help you strengthen your buddhi-power (objective discernment) and gain emotional clarity. Ultimately, we strive to achieve the absolute state of inner harmony, wherein you recognize the truth of Self as being the indestructible, immutable Atman.

MOTHER MAYA (formerly Maya Tiwari) has been restoring Ayurveda's inner-medicine principles of healing for more than a quarter of a century. Mother Maya is the founder and spiritual head of Wise Earth School of Ayurveda in North Carolina, the first school of its kind to teach Ayurveda in the U.S. She has also founded the Mother OM Mission (MOM), a charitable organization in Guyana, South America, that takes Ayurveda education and services to at-risk communities. Her revolutionary work has helped thousands of people transform disease and despair into health and harmony.

Belonging to the ancient Veda Vyasa tradition of Sannyasins, Mother Maya is a compassionate Spiritual Mother, and author of the following books, under the name Maya Tiwari: Ayurveda: A Life of Balance, Ayurveda Secrets of Healing, The Path of Practice: A Woman's Book of Healing with Food, Breath, and Sound, and her most recent book, Women's Power to Heal through Inner Medicine.

Wise Earth Ayurveda disseminates Ayurveda's long-lost knowledge and practice of inner medicine healing. Based in the Atharva Veda, and in the principles Advaita Vedanta (Uttara Mimamsa) this education restores the individual's cosmic ability to heal.
