Learn practical tools to design your own yogic practice in accordance with your body constitution. Obtain an ayurvedic understanding of your dosha for asana, pyranayama, simple mudras, mantras and meditation.  Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences which align body, mind, and spirit.   Learn yoga postures for your prakriti and vikriti and simple Ayurvedic tips for daily routine and effective stress management.  This unique course brings students of Yoga and Ayurveda a comprehensive understanding of how both sciences work together. The course defines clear objectives and brings students into a deeper level of practice to attain higher states of consciousness.
