Jack Kornfield and Trudy Goodman
The Wise Heart - The Art and Science of Buddhist Psychology
September 26-28, 26-30

In this retreat we come together to quiet the mind, listen deeply, and learn the
practices and science of the Wise Heart. We share teachings, meditations,
storytelling and in-depth conversation, and will practice together, cultivating
trainings of mindfulness, compassion, forgiveness and lovingkindness. Both
experienced and new students, therapists and healers are invited to learn how
modern science has begun to study and understand our inner potential, and how we
can bring the well-being from meditative practices and the wisdom of Eastern
psychology into our busy lives. Drawing on bestselling teacher Jack Kornfield's
new book The Wise Heart: a Guide to the Universal Teachings of Buddhist
Psychology, this retreat will renew your inner life and nourish your spirit.
- Continuing Education Credit for nurses, LMFT's, and LCSW's.
