Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati
Do More Yoga
March 11-13

Yoga poses and breathing practices are the entry point into the amazing world of yoga’s mysteries and teachings. Swamiji is now dedicated to sharing a greater depth and breadth in her courses than ever before. Learn what “do more yoga” really means. Svaroopa® yoga poses are included (though they are not the focus of the weekend), along with vichara (guided self-inquiry), chanting and meditation, all for the purpose of exploring the multiple levels of your being – for healing, transformation and the blissful experience of Self-knowingness. The best part is Swamiji’s explanations and teachings, especially the discussions and questions that follow, plus the informal time with her which is sprinkled throughout the weekend. This is a full immersion weekend.
