Join us for our excellent Prenatal Yoga teacher training. This comprehensive training includes in-depth instruction on prenatal asana, pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, mindfulness techniques for labor, anatomy and physiology of pregnancy, common discomforts in pregnancy and how to support mothers through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. Enjoy our serene retreat setting as together we learn, share, grow, and rejoice in the miracle of birth. This training is open to yoga teachers with an interest in expanding their knowledge of prenatal yoga, doulas and birth professionals who want to learn additional ways to support clients with prenatal yoga, and experienced yoga students who have an interest in prenatal yoga. (Both Level 1 and Level 2 are required for a Yoga Alliance Certification.)

Hannah Muse, E-RYT and RPYT, finds great joy in sharing the gift of yoga to empower women to trust their innate wisdom. A mama herself, as well as a devoted student and gifted teacher of prenatal, postnatal, and Ashtanga yoga, Hannah has studied extensively at Mount Madonna Center. Hannah’s prenatal yoga teachings are inspired by her prenatal training with many great teachers, along with her training as a birth attendant (doula) and her great love of motherhood.

- A deposit of $100 is required with registration. Balance is due upon arrival.
- CANCELLATION or CHANGE in REGISTRATION
Deposits are non-refundable and are not transferable to another person. For cancellations received at least 2 weeks before the program starts, the deposit less a $50 fee will be credited to any other program within one year. No credit is available for cancellations less than two weeks prior to the program start date, for no-shows, or for leaving an event early. Housing changes incur a $20 change fee.
- Registration check-in for this program is from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
- Dinner is served from 5:30-6:30 pm on Friday and 5:00-6:00 pm on other days.
- If you will be arriving late, please ask us to save a dinner for you.
- Orientation begins at 2:00 pm.
- The program will end at 1:00 pm on the final scheduled day.
