Take the ancient principles of Ayurveda, the healing science of India, and integrate them into your daily life. Based upon your unique constitution, design a personal yoga practice – asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation – that supports you and your lifestyle. The same practices we did in our 20’s may not work for us in our 40’s. Maybe you need more of one thing, less of another. Over the weekend you will create a blueprint for practice that is as individual as you are, based on your dosha (constitution), stage of life, the season, where you live, and your lifestyle. You will fashion a practice that is relevant to where you are now, and you will leave the weekend with a plan. This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners – from Beginners to Advanced – who want practical ways to find balance in life.
