PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Dance Your Bliss™ is a powerful therapeutic method that connects us to our highest selves, to each other, and to boundless possibilities. Using sacred wisdom and experiential techniques, we learn how to bring emotions into the physical body so they can be seen, felt, and healed. Through a combination of mindfulness meditation, movement, guided imagery, journaling, expressive arts, poetry, and play, we begin a healing process that guides us to release pain, unleash our power and passion, and experience immediate positive change in our lives. Join this transformational workshop and gain the tools to tranform emotions, live more authentically, and thrive. This workshop is for both laypeople and helping professionals. No dance experience is necessary.
