PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The body never lies. Dance Your Bliss®, is a powerful healing method that connects us to our highest selves, to each other, and to boundless possibilities. Using sacred wisdom and powerful techniques, you learn how to bring emotions into the physical body so they can be seen, felt, and healed. Through a combination of movement, mindfulness, guided imagery, expressive arts, poetry and play, you begin a healing process that guides you to release pain, unleash your power and passion, and discover immediate positive change in your life. Join this transformational workshop and gain the tools to transform emotions, live more authentically and thrive. This workshop is appropriate for both laypeople and helping professionals. No dance experience is necessary.

“The body reveals what words cannot.”
~Martha Graham
